During our 3 days together we will enjoy nutritious meals, breath work and yoga sessions led by Claire Walshe, head yoga instructor at Verve For Life, we will make raw treats and prepare gut-healing ferments. You will also receive a goodie bag on arrival, a personal iridology consult with me, a helping hand to start you on my Detox Your Life program as well as a lovely thank you gift on departure.
